I’ve read the quote “don’t stop until you’re proud” too many times to count. Let me tell you… I’ve never been more proud of myself as I am today. But there is no way I’m ever stopping. Ever.💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️💁🏼‍♀️ The life/body I have now requires me to put in work every single day to stay here. I’m not at the “goal weight” I had set out && I’m still going to push to get there… But I’m proud…. more than you could ever imagine 💗💗💗 #newbodywhodis #tootingmyownhorn #tootootmf #proudofmyself #fitfam #fitspo #yegfit #workinprogress #selflove #yeg #weightloss #extremeweightloss #fattofit #obesetobeast #transformation #TransformationTuesday #losinginches #losingweight #207lbsdown #ificanyoucantoo #cardio #running #clearmind #happysoul #lovethelifeyoulive #fit #fitnessjourney #issasnack #beforeandduring #blonde

Life transformed. At my highest weight of over 500 pounds, I could not move without losing my breath. I could hardly participate in life. All I wanted to do was eat. My life revolved around food. Food was literally my first priority. Thankfully I decided to make my future and my health my first priority. After 11 months of preparation, I had RNY surgery. I changed my entire mindset. I have not had soda, fast food, white bread…any of my vast amount of trigger foods in 7 years. I started working out and making fitness a huge priority in my life. I have literally saved my life. ❤️#proud #lifechanging #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlossinspiration #bodytransformation #bodypositive #bodyfitness #fitnessjourney #gastricbypass #healthylifestyle #losingweight #fatloss #strongwomen @shape #lovemyshape @strongfitnessmag #mystrongmoment @cosmopolitan #transformationtuesday #transformation @womenshealthmag #beforeandafter #weightlosstransformations @goldsgym @redbookmag #wls #trainandtransform #excessskin #findyourfit #healthylife #obesityhelp #obesitysurvivor

When you weigh in and you are down a total of 144Lbs now! Getting closer to that end goal that I have. I’ve worked so hard to get to this point. Yes, it’s taken 3 years so far, but it took my whole life to get to the point I was in the picture on the left. So I’m going to enjoy this journey in its fullest of regaining my life. P. S. When you smile like the picture on the Right because your Chiefs are still undefeated! 😀😀 “Progress is impossible without change & those that cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” Yes lord yes! You already know, Just my favorite day of the week. ⏪March 2014 ⏩Current 2017 #transformationtuesday 😄 💞 yourself #grind 💪! 🔱⏬1⃣44 LBS. since 2014 #underconstruction 🔨🚧#gymtime #gymlife #gymrat #gymgirl #girlsthatlift #fitnessfreak #fitnessjourney #fitnessaddict #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlossmotivation #weightlossinspiration #obesetobeast #obesetobeauty #fattofit #flabtofab #workingoutismydrug #andimaddicted #workinprogress #iowa #fitfamily #thickfit #fitfam #tuesday #tuesdaymotivation

I’m to the point in my journey where I see before pics and I don’t even recognize that person anymore. I am still the same person, I am exactly the same health wise, and I loved myself then just as much as I do now. The only thing that has changed is the shell and my comfort level. That was my reasoning for doing this. I’m trepidatious to post before and after pics as I’m not into promoting diet culture that profits on insecurities created by the people selling the product. I did not use any fake diet culture products to achieve this. I did not kill myself at the gym to get here. I always try to stress that this was not a health journey for me. This was not a vanity project. This was about wanting to feel more like myself in my own skin. Love yourself at every size! #bodyacceptance

@Supathick2Supafit I Have been overweight all my life. I’ve also been on diets all my life. You name it, I did it. Then I ended up giving up on losing weight, I became comfortable being that fat girl with the cute face but when I gained my last 20 pounds and i wasn’t able to enjoy the little things in life like taking my son to six flags; because I simply couldn’t fit in the rides. Go to the movies without my thighs and butt hurting. Having to buy two seats on a plane so I didn’t squish the passenger next to me … And the list goes on and on. I decided it was time to change. I decided that my life was worth more than that. That I wanted to enjoy my life and not pretend like I was that happy confident fat girl. So after drastic changes and working out 4 to 5 times a week, I have now lost a total of 175 pounds. It’s an every day battle but it is so WORTH IT. Physically I feel much better but psychologically I still have a lot of work to do. It’s not easy … Not saying it is but if you truly want it is worth every tear you will cry, every drop of sweat you will shed because you will have your life back and that is the best gift you could ever give yourself. #transformationtuesday #weightlossstories #weightloss #transformation #vsg
